Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County Announces $4 Million Gift From Renowned Real Estate Developer Ken Endelson to Name Endelson Sports Complex

Palm Beach Gardens, FL (April 17, 2026) — Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County today announced a $4 million gift from Ken Endelson to support its Annual Campaign and the Palm Beach Movement to Activate Jewish Life, a community-wide strategy to expand Jewish life and engagement. The gift will establish the Endelson Sports Complex as part of its historic Campaign for the Future.

Located in Palm Beach Gardens, the Endelson Sports Complex will be part of a dynamic campus that includes the Mandel JCC of the Palm Beaches (Mandel JCC), Arthur I. Meyer Jewish Preparatory School (Meyer Prep), and the planned Exter Center, a vibrant hub for Jewish connection and community life.

This leadership gift from Endelson, founder of Kenco Communities and one of the most successful real estate developers and home builders in the Southeast, will create a dynamic, much-needed new space designed to foster Jewish community engagement for generations to come.

The Endelson Sports Complex will feature a regulation-size soccer field, a dedicated practice field, and spectator areas, supporting recreation leagues, interscholastic games between Meyer Prep and other schools, Camp Shalom, and more.

Over the past decade, Federation, the “City Hall” of Jewish Palm Beach, has driven a strategic response to the evolving and expanding needs of one of North America’s largest and fastest-growing Jewish communities.

“Building strong communities has always guided both my professional and personal life,” said Ken Endelson, founder of Kenco Communities.

“This gift is a source of great pride for our family, an opportunity to put our name on something that will have a lasting impact by bringing people together and strengthening the community.”

The Endelson Sports Complex will honor the next generation of the Endelson family, Elizabeth Wolfe, Alexandra Bassik, and Zachary Endelson, and the loving memory of Ken’s wife, Sherry Lynn Endelson.

In recognition of his commitment, Ken Endelson will be honored as a Founding Community Visionary of Federation’s Campaign for the Future, the most ambitious philanthropic effort in the history of Jewish Palm Beach.

“Ken Endelson’s leadership and generosity are shaping a bold future for Jewish Palm Beach and providing vital infrastructure to meet our community’s growing needs,” said Michael Hoffman, President & CEO of Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County.

“The Endelson Sports Complex will provide a vibrant setting for community celebrations and meaningful opportunities to experience Jewish life with energy, pride, and connection. This is exactly what Campaign for the Future is all about.”

As Campaign for the Future concludes this June, Federation continues to build momentum through leadership of visionary donors is strengthening Jewish life in the Palm Beaches Today, Tomorrow and Forever.
