The meeting will be held at the Mandel Public Library, 401 Clematis St, West Palm Beach FL. This event is being sponsored by the Mandel Library in conjunction with the JGSPBC. Allan Huss, President of the Jewish Genealogical Society of Palm Beach County, will discuss what he’s learned about his great-grandfather David Rosenheim. David was an associate of Henry M. Flagler and purchased the “Professional Building” (at the corner of Evernia Street and what is now Dixie Highway but was then Poinsettia Avenue) from the estate of Lily Kenan Flagler Thompson (Flagler’s third wife) after she died. He was an early resident of Palm Beach and an early investor in what today is the City of Boynton Beach

About the Speaker:Allan Huss is the current President of JGSPBC. He is also an attorney actively licensed to practice in Florida and Michigan but retired from practice. He is IAJGS Liaison to other JGS’s and has given many genealogical lectures. He is a father of four and grandfather of six.
