Experience Israel’s rich cultural diversity right here in Palm Beach County!  Join several of The Jewish Agency for Israel’s Shlichim—dynamic Israeli emissaries from diverse backgrounds, including Ethiopia, Russia, and Ashkenazi heritage—as they bring Israel’s vibrant culture to you. Through powerful personal stories and unique perspectives, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the rich tapestry that makes up Israeli society. This a rare and unique opportunity to see, hear and feel Israel’s incredible diversity firsthand!

Hors d’oeuvres will be served at this complimentary event. We encourage you to bring a guest.

The Jewish Agency for Israel’s Shlichim serve as a living bridge between Israel and Jewish communities worldwide. Dedicated to fostering a deep and authentic connection to Israel, they promote immersive Israeli experiences, inspire Jewish social activism, and share Israel’s rich and diverse culture.

Federation’s Shlicha Honey Levy will be one of the featured panelists. Since August 2023, Honey has connected with and provided thoughtful Jewish engagement to people around the Palm Beaches.

Temple Israel WPB is delighted to welcome Dr. Alan Morinis—founder of The Mussar Institute and author of Everyday Holiness—for a community conversation about his newest book, The Shabbat Effect. Drawing on his latest work, Dr. Morinis will explore the unique gifts of a Shabbat practice.
