Federation’s Business & Professionals (B&P) and Women’s Philanthropy invite you to take part in a conversation with best-selling author Michal Oshman. Her book, What Would You Do If You Weren’t Afraid? tackles issues many of us face in our daily lives, such as anxiety, fear and how to find our purpose. Michal is a veteran of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF); business trainer at global social media, technology and entertainment companies; and TedX presenter. She is also a wife and mother to four children.

Michal Oshman is the author of What Would You Do If You Weren’t Afraid? and the Global Head of Culture at TikTok. Prior to her current role, she was responsible for international leadership and team development at Facebook. Throughout her career, she has trained and coached hundreds of business leaders on how to be the best version of themselves, live meaningfully and maximize their potential. Michal served as an officer in the Israel Defense Forces, and she earned three university degrees: psychodynamic and systemic thinking, sociology and anthropology.
