SUMMARY:Lighthouse for the Blind - ART in the Dark
DESCRIPTION:Have you ever imagined how a blind of visually impaired person interprets art? Imagine no more! \nThe event will center around a unique painting experience facilitated by a Certified Vision Rehabilitation Therapist. \nGuests will take on a multi-sensory experience as they participate in completing a tactile piece of art–while blindfolded! Guests will remove the blindfold and see how their imagination and insight compare to the art. \nThe evening culminates with a Sensory Explosion that includes special food tastings and a contest to see who can guess the correct ingredients to be eligible for a grand prize! A signature cocktail\, beer\, and wine will be served while guests enjoy food and music by visually impaired guitarist Islay Rodriguez and a creative silent auction.
