Young people represent the future leaders, trailblazers and changemakers in the Jewish community. We serve as a gateway for people in their 20s, 30s and 40s to learn, connect and lead. We offer you a series of programs that help you strengthen the community of today and build a bright Jewish future.

National Young Leadership Cabinet

This Cabinet is the North American Federation system’s premier young leadership development program, aimed at educating and connecting the next generation of global Jewish leaders and philanthropists. Cabinet trains and inspires the most promising young volunteers ages 30-45 for positions of leadership in the Jewish community.
Members participate in a six-year curriculum that builds skills and knowledge through travel experiences, hands-on service opportunities, meetings with global leaders and engaging with the people who Federation’s work impacts. Alumni often go on to long-term senior level leadership at both the local and national levels, within Federation and throughout the Jewish world.

Ben-Gurion Society

You know the importance of supporting the Jewish community through giving. Federation’s Ben-Gurion Society welcomes young adults who are connected to Jewish community through philanthropy.
If you are age 25-45 and contribute $1,000 or more to Federation, you are invited to join this national donor recognition society. As a member, you’ll enjoy VIP treatment and have access to exclusive Federation events along with business and social networking opportunities. Step-up opportunities are available.

Business & Professionals (B&P)

Jewish professionals in the Palm Beaches play a key role in strengthening our community. B&P offers professionals a series of opportunities to by joining together to connect, volunteer, learn and grow their impact.
Programs often include networking and education with some of the most prominent business leaders in the Palm Beaches and the Jewish world.
