The Mandel Center for Leadership Development works to engage and develop high-performance volunteer and professional community leaders. Its goal is to recruit, inspire, train and retain leaders who have the values, commitment and skills necessary to give high-quality leadership to the Jewish community. In order to help us match the most appropriate candidates for leadership with your organization, please answer the questions below.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that this submission does not guarantee a leader will be placed on your board or committee. Pairing leaders with community organizations, institutions and synagogues is very intentional and based on mutual interest from both parties, which ensures successful long-term placement.
