\nThe Care Management Program utilizes professionals who specializes in assisting adults, older adults and their families in meeting long-term care arrangements. Alpert JFS care managers are all credentialed professionals with extensive experience working with adults, older adults and their families.<\/span><\/li>\n- Counseling<\/span><\/strong><\/a>
\nThe Counseling Program utilizes professionals to enable people experiencing emotional problems, relationship or family issues, or temporary stresses to stabilize or resolve these issues. Our experienced counselors and staff psychiatrist are here for you and your family.<\/span><\/li>\n- Companion Services <\/span><\/strong><\/a>
\nThe Enhanced Companion Program will help you remain active and independent in the comfort of your own home. Our friendly companions provide you with the freedom to “live your own life in your own way.” With the help of an Enhanced Companion, YOU take control of your life.<\/span><\/li>\n- ElderCare360\u00ba<\/span><\/strong><\/a>
\nElderCare360\u00ba features a team of Care Managers who provide professional guidance to comprehensive services that support older adults and their families. Our mission is to provide support and advocacy while ensuring safety and quality of life.<\/span><\/li>\n- Guardianship <\/span><\/strong><\/a>
\nThe Guardianship Program manages the affairs of court mandated individuals who have been deemed unable to manage their own affairs. With court orders, our guardians assume certain rights of the Ward to make decisions about many aspects of daily life.<\/span><\/li>\n- Levine LifePlanning\u00ae<\/span><\/strong><\/a>
\nThe Melvin J. & Claire Levine LifePlanning\u00ae Program offers education, advocacy, consultation, and emotional support to individuals with disabilities, their parents, siblings and caregivers. This program encourages and assists in planning for the future.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n- Pooled Trust<\/span><\/a><\/strong>
\nAlpert JFS\u2019 Pooled Trust is a special needs trust that allows disabled individuals and seniors to place income and or assets that are over government benefit limit requirements for Medicaid into the trust, so that they can qualify for much needed government benefits and be instantly eligible.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n- Psychiatry<\/span><\/strong><\/a>
\nThe Psychiatry Program includes developmental consultation and treatment, comprehensive assessment, medication evaluation, management, and ongoing follow up monitoring.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n- Psychological Testing <\/span><\/strong><\/a>
\nThe Psychological Testing Program offers a wide range of comprehensive psychological evaluations provided by Doctoral Level Mental Health Professionals. The results and recommendations from the evaluations can be used to provide treatment recommendations for therapy and psychiatric treatment.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n- Support Groups<\/span><\/strong><\/a>
\nSupport Groups are made up of people with common interests and experiences. People who have been through, or are going through, a similar circumstance can do more than sympathize with you \u2014 they can relate to what you are going through and keep you from feeling like you are alone.<\/span><\/li>\n- Levine Jewish Residential & Family Service<\/span><\/strong><\/a>
\nLocated in the heart of Palm Beach County, Florida, our cutting-edge residential program (for ages 21+) provides a continuum of services for individuals with a developmental, learning or physical disability or chronic mental illness. The goal is to optimize a resident\u2019s potential, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives in the least restrictive, safe and nurturing environment. An individualized care plan is developed by each resident, their family and care manager in order to achieve self-confidence, independence skills, employment or a volunteer position – whatever they are looking for, including to be involved in the community-at-large, at their own pace. \nLJRFS offers a day program for individuals with mental illness and special needs. Participants can learn new skills and socialize.
