HOW FEDERATION IS ADDRESSING CORONAVIRUS CONCERNS
The safety and well-being of our community are Federation’s top priorities.
It is as important as ever that Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County carry out our mission to build a strong Jewish community by providing vibrant connections to Jewish life and identity. We remain focused on addressing the growing needs and most critical causes in our community.
Federation is actively monitoring international, national, statewide and local updates on Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Federation and our partners are providing vital programs and services, with safety procedures in place to maintain the health of our service recipients, program attendees and staff. We have already, and continue to, regularly disinfect public areas and make daily assessments of the situation to identify any additional measures that need to be enacted.
The effects of Coronavirus on global travel, coupled with recommendations from health agencies, have caused several changes with planned events and programs in our area. Scroll down for a list of upcoming events to see which Federation programs are impacted by Coronavirus at this time.
With all of this in mind, we are exercising an abundance of caution, given current health conditions.
As of Tuesday, March 17 many Federation employees will be working from home in order to provide for our community’s needs, while still maintaining physical distancing recommended by international health guidelines.
If you have questions, please look at the resources we’ve provided below. If you are trying to reach your professional partner at Federation, please call or email just as you have in the past, and we will get back with you.
