Emerging Leadership Program (ELP)

ELP is a 16-month leadership and professional development program that educates participants about Jewish Palm Beach and key issues related to advocacy and social action, and it equips them with the skills and tools to take on an active leadership role in the community.

Established in 2009, the Emerging Leadership Program (ELP) powered by Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County’s Mandel Center for Leadership Development, remains a high-caliber initiative to develop future leaders in the Palm Beaches.
