Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for office administration while working within the mission, vision, and core values of the organization. The Administrative Assistant will have close interaction with most departments within the Federation as well as with high profile donors, vendors, and other key contacts. Therefore, excellent customer service and attention to detail is essential.
Development Officer
The Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County seeks a dynamic, outgoing individual to support the comprehensive Annual, targeted, and legacy campaigns. The Development Officer will implement programs and engagement activities tailored to specific residential gated communities. The Palm Beach Jewish community is in a pivotal moment of historic growth and the Development Officer will cultivate donor relationships and help develop one of the most exclusive and fastest growing fundraising campaigns in the country. Responsibilities include fundraising, outreach, education, and donor engagement.
Development Officer, Women’s Philanthropy
The Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County seeks a dynamic, articulate, and well-organized individual to work within Women’s Philanthropy and the general Campaign. The Development Officer’s primary role is to cultivate relationships and solicit donations to advance Federation’s mission. The Development Officer will provide excellent customer service and serve as a key leadership role on the Women’s Philanthropy development team.
Graphic/Digital Designer
The Graphic Digital/Design Specialist is an integral part of Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County’s Campaign for the Future (CFTF) team. This position designs creative materials within a broad range of production projects, and ensures designs are on-spec, on-brand, on-budget, and on-time. Print and digital design projects include marketing collateral, website design and maintenance, print production and promotional materials such as donor proposals, PowerPoint presentations, reports, invitations, programs, seasonal campaigns, signage, stationery, newsletters, badges, website and email graphics, social media campaign imagery, etc.
Manager, Donor Information Services
The Manager, Donor Information Services (DIS) is responsible for supervision and oversight of the Donor Information Services (DIS) Department, including the accounts receivable/donations to the organization, and all associated tasks related to the management of data in Blackbaud CRM (SAND). In addition, the Manager functions as a business partner to the Financial Resource Development, Finance, and Information Technology Departments in support of the mission, vision, and core values of the organization.
Sr. Systems Specialist
This work involves implementing, operating, maintaining, interfacing, and updating multiple on-prem and cloud-based information systems, and providing support to staff and customers. Duties include the administration of on-prem and cloud-based systems about 60% of the time, with the other 40% supporting users and Helpdesk staff with various tasks and projects.
Special Needs Community Educator
According to the Centers for Disease Control, one in six children between the ages of 3 and 17 (or about 15%) have one or more developmental disabilities. Because of the growing rate of students needing accommodations and adjustments in their learning environments, the CJE is looking for an experienced educator to help enhance, support, and enrich the work our Jewish educators do in the classroom.
Strategic Communications Manager
The Strategic Communications Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County’s Campaign for the Future (CFTF) branding, messaging and marketing communications. This includes developing and implementing a communications strategy for multiple audiences, creating marketing materials for donors and events, and collaborating with events lead to develop and implement CFTF event strategy, tactical support and implementation. The manager supervises the Graphic/Digital Designer, coordinates with marketing team to ensure consistency across the organization and oversees CFTF project management. This position reports to the Director of Development Strategy and works closely with the Campaign for the Future Work Group, which includes the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Development Officer.
Stewardship Officer
The Stewardship Officer maintains connections and strengthens relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors. The Stewardship Officer plans, develops, coordinates and deploys unique and meaningful experiences, primarily through targeted communications, that reinforce the value and impact of Federation giving. This position’s activities contribute toward additional gift increases and improved donor retention rates.
