Contributions
As we gather to celebrate Rosh Hashanah, you can help make our Jewish community more secure. Hate crimes are rising at alarming rates to the highest level in over a decade, and 2 in 3 religiously motivated incidents are antisemitic. South Florida is not immune from these trends. Through your support, we lead advocacy and security efforts to protect Jewish Palm Beach – including partnerships with local law enforcement. Earlier this year, Federation’s Director of Community Security joined with several local law enforcement professionals on a security mission to Israel, where they took part in high-level training focused on security threats faced by Jewish communities. Click here to contribute to Federation’s 2023 Annual Campaign to help create safer, more secure Jewish experiences for thousands of people in the Palm Beaches.
Volunteering Project
Would you like to ensure that those in need, especially our community’s homebound seniors, are able to celebrate Rosh Hashanah?
This year, our Jewish Volunteer Center has expanded our reach to touch more lives. We’ve partnered with both MorseLife, as well as a joint effort with The Kind Kitchen Palm Beach and Alpert Jewish Family Service (JFS), to safely deliver homemade meals for Rosh Hashanah and help community members celebrate a sweet new year.
