Emerging Leadership Program Newest Cohort

Federation is proud to announce the newest cohort of Palm Beach County professionals selected for our prestigious Emerging Leadership Program (ELP)

Established in 2009 and powered by Federation’s Mandel Center for Leadership Development, ELP offers invaluable learning experiences for Jewish young professionals to connect with each other and the community through social, volunteer, leadership and philanthropic activities. The 16-month professional development track emphasizes leadership, the idea of Jewish peoplehood, and key issues related to advocacy and social action.

Chaired by Adam Jackowitz, who graduated the program in 2020, the class of 2023 includes the following young Jewish leaders:
Lacey Appelbaum, Emilee Feldman, Isabelle Jacobson, Zach Jacobson, Shaina Kamen, Rebecca Landerman, Adam Levitt, Leeza Newman, Josh Resnick, Loni Schnitzer, Ilan Sinelnikov, Lauren Steinberg and Devorah Weiner.

“We are incredibly proud that ELP continues to serve as one of the premier leadership, educational and philanthropic programs throughout South Florida, providing graduates with a stronger understanding of our Jewish community and beyond, as well as a deeper connection to themselves and the impact they can have as leaders,” shared Michael Hoffman, President & CEO of Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County.
