There are important updates from the latest Palm Beach County Elections Report newsletter we want you to know. Voter engagement is crucial to the vitality of our community and our democracy, and as the Jewish Community Relations Council of Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, we would like to provide you with important voter information.

Time-Sensitive: Renew Your Vote-By-Mail Request

New Election Laws in Florida mandate that all Vote-by-Mail requests submitted before the November 8, 2022, General Election have expired. If you wish to continue voting by mail for the upcoming 2024 elections, you must renew your request as soon as possible. Your updated request will remain valid until December 31, 2024, after which you’ll need to renew it again.

How to Request or Renew Your Vote-by-Mail Ballot:

  • Online: Visit VotePalmBeach.gov
  • Phone: Call (561) 656-6208
  • Fax: Fax your request to (561) 656-6230
  • In-person: Visit any of the four offices of the Supervisor of Elections

Please don’t wait to renew your mail ballot request. The future of our community depends on our active participation in the voting process.

Get Election Ready: Voter Registration

Are you registered to vote? Remember, you must register at least 29 days before an election to be eligible to vote in that election. You can download Voter Registration Applications from VotePalmBeach.gov and follow the instructions to complete your registration.

Keep Your Voter Information Up-to-Date

If you’ve already registered to vote, it’s essential to keep your information current. Verify your voter registration information, status, polling place, and more by visiting the “My Status” tab on VotePalmBeach.gov or calling (561) 656-6200.

Update Your Address and Signature

Recently moved? It’s quick and easy to update your address. Contact the Supervisor of Elections office by phone, email, or through the website. Also, remember to keep your signature updated, as it’s used to verify your identity on petitions and ballots.

Pre-Registering for Young Voters

Our young community members have a unique opportunity to pre-register to vote at the ages of 16 or 17. Doing so ensures they are automatically added to the voting rolls upon turning 18. To pre-register, visit RegisterToVoteFlorida.gov.

Our voice is our vote. Let’s empower ourselves and our community by being informed and active participants in our democracy.
