You  Cannot Stop Me From Dancing is an organization dedicated to social education through live music experiences. We create cultural events that promote unity and understanding through dance.

When we bring people together from all walks of life, we build ties that bind us together—in defiance of those who seek to divide us through fear and anger.

You Cannot Stop Me From  Dancing is not a political group. We seek to build cross-cultural understanding and end the information-free “us vs. them” mentality that has saturated social media.

Shouting, shaming, and shunning don’t work. Instead, we want to share our joy and pride in Jewish culture with the world in a positive way. We welcome all people to our events and hope to inspire peace—one dance step at a time.

You Cannot Stop Me From Dancing organizes music festivals, dance performances, and other cultural events on college campuses, in collaboration with university student organizations. Events are designed to encourage as many people as possible to come learn about Jewish history in an engaging, interactive way.

Flagship events center around holiday celebration of Hanukkah, Rosh Hashanna, Independence day and Purim. We also collaborate with organizations to develop bespoke events for their communities.

You Cannot Stop Me From Dancing is the brainchild of Business Development Director Yoel Silber, a serial entrepreneur, entertainment mogul, and creative force of nature. A long-time staple of New York City hospitality and entertainment.  He also served as the creative director and author  of The Amazing Bees: A Children’s Theatrical Experience. Since the terrorist attacks of October 7, Yoel has been inspired to use his skills to promote peace and understanding among people of all cultures, races, and sexual orientation.
