A play-based toddler class that allows young children and their caregivers to experience and explore our gym, sing songs, practice new skills, and share time with peers! Call 561-842-8996 to register.
All are welcome to attend, this course is suitable for all ages and stages! Join us with Yogini Ellen Goldenson each Wednesday for Chair Yoga to improve strength, flexibility, balance and overall well being.
