A play-based toddler class that allows young children and their caregivers to experience and explore our gym, sing songs, practice new skills, and share time with peers! Call 561-842-8996 to register.

Join us with Yogini Ellen Goldenson each Wednesday for Chair Yoga to improve strength, flexibility, balance and overall well being.
