However, when we experience too much stress, it can lead to physical illness, poor performance and burnout. In this interactive workshop that combines teaching, self-reflection, small-group exercises, and large-group discussions, learn what contributes most to their personal levels of stress and adopt new mindsets and strategies to build personal and professional resilience.
