PJ Library® sends free Jewish children’s books to families across the world every month. PJ Library welcomes all Jewish families, whatever background, knowledge, family make-up, or observance may be. We offer several books that feature strong characters with disabilities, as well as storylines about acceptance, inclusion, and learning from anyone. If your child has specific learning needs, we are happy to accommodate. Birth through 12.

PJ Our Way® is the next chapter of PJ Library® for kids ages 9-12. [They can actually sign up the day after they turn 8 ½!]  It is available free of charge throughout the U.S. and Canada to families raising Jewish children. Every month, kids can visit the PJ Our Way website to choose a book from a selection of titles that have been reviewed by a panel of educators, parents, and kids. That’s 12 free books a year!

Kids can also submit reviews & videos about the books, take polls & quizzes, participate in monthly interviews & challenges, and comment on blog posts. They can also create book trailers & videos to communicate with peers about the books.

Project Connect
Volunteers and individuals with special needs connect through music, dance, art, and a variety of stimulating activities.

Inclusion Program
Temple Shaarei Shalom believes that every child deserves the opportunity to be part of our Temple family and continue their Jewish Education. While we do not have a self-contained special needs program, we have an Inclusion-style program for our students.

Jewish Learning for Ages 4 to 22
Designed to meet a variety of educational and behavioral needs, Yad Hebrew School has provided students in Palm Beach County with meaningful, engaging and individualized Jewish education for more than 20 years. We are proud to be the only Hebrew school of our kind in our area.

Students benefit from 1:1 student/teacher ratio, while connecting with peers in a nurturing environment during Sunday Hebrew and Judaic education. Our highly trained teachers work with students to create a love of Jewish learning and empower them to meet their own unique potential.
