Early Childhood Assistant Teacher in Palm Beach Gardens
The Mandel JCC of the Palm Beaches is looking to hire a dedicated Preschool Assistant Teacher for the Early Childhood Learning Center at the Mandel JCC in Palm Beach Gardens.
The Assistant Teacher is responsible for working with the Lead Teacher in their assigned class of children in planning and implementing the curriculum, working with parents, and assessing the needs of individual children under the guidance of the Lead Teacher and Director of Early Learning. The curriculum must meet the emotional, physical, cognitive & social needs for both the individual child and the group. Work is supervised by the Lead Teacher and Early Childhood Director on a limited basis, as necessary. Work schedule is generally full-time 30 – 40 hours during each work week Monday – Friday.
